Profile: Hi my name is Yoana. I am a second year at UCLA and I am an international development studies student planning on minoring in Chinese and Mexican Studies. I love to play sports. I am a huge LA Lakers fan, I adore the color orange. Other than playing sports I love spending time with my family and friends, just being around them makes me happy :) . I am interested in interacting and working with people from all over the world. Diversity= Love <3

2010 Goals: I want to git GROWTH! I love to share this experience with at least 7 other people that I select to be part of my team, the more the merrier. For my team I will make sure that I help them in every way that I can so that they can reach their goals and walk away with a smile on their face :) .

Why Southwestern: Getting out of California and the opportunity to interact with different people attracted me to Southwestern. I just wanted to get out there and meet as many people as I could and try to help them out by providing a great service.

Biggest Challenges: My biggest challenge this summer is going to be to maintain a positive attitude all throughout the summer. I can that I will be able to by bringing out a team that I know will be looking up to me and will feed off my positive energy.

Interesting Fact: I took three years of Chinese in High School. I am pretty weird, you might not think so at first because I am shy but once I start going I cant stop haha. I say random words every second of my life, its just hilarious to see people reactions :) .
